We wish to advise you that the contractor completed the road-marking work on highway 138 between highway 207 and ramp 4 (access ramp from Châteauguay towards Montreal).

Why did this take so long? It was dangerous prior to this. I think this should have been done at the beginning of the project

someone should lose their job for this ridiculousness. How can it possibly take this long to paint some stripes?
