Important work by the MTQ November 6 – 9

The ministère des Transports wishes to inform road users that repairs to the slab of the Honoré-Mercier bridge towards Montreal will be performed this upcoming weekend of November 6th, through November 9th 2009.
A complete closure of the eastbound lanes (towards Montreal) on the bridge will be necessary from this Friday 10 PM until next Monday 5 AM. During this period, road users will drive on one lane in each direction on the westbound portion of the bridge (towards Chateauguay). The available lane width in each direction will be of 3.3 metres. Please note that the access ramp from Airlie will also be closed during the work period.
In case of rain, the scheduled work will be postponed to the following weekend.
